Glass Jar = Self Care
A beautiful soul I am humbled to be friends with, just sent me this jar with a spectacular lid. It's a no-brainer that this thing is getting a prominent place in my space, but I wasn't sure what to put in it.
I think I'm going to put little pieces of paper inside. This first round, I'm going to write out my doubts.
I'm going to activate some power in the flower too.
It will separate those thoughts from my body. Everytime I put a piece of my worry in the jar, the last thing I'll see as I close the lid, is a beautiful flower. When the jar is full, I'm going to have a little bonfire & watch those worries disintegrate into ash.
Then maybe I'll fill the jar up again with little love notes to the universe... I'll have a bonfire when it's full, but this time, I'll watch my wishes become smoke that rises into the atmosphere.
Whatever I put in there, it will surely bring growth. Not sure what I did to deserve such thoughtfulness Lisa, but I will treasure it like I treasure our sisterhood! The incredible custom resin lid is from nature art mama, Paige, of Coyote Sol Creations. Check out her shop on Etsy!

Conclusion: Finding ways to cope with doubt and worry requires lots of things... support from loved ones, faith in your purpose, self-reflection, and a glass jar, lol! Sometimes, all we need to do is write down whatever stresses us, and in that simple act, we can separate our higher self from that which does not help us grow. When we actively shift our paradigm through daily self-care exercises, the fire of knowledge will help transform, cleanse, and reignite our spirit.
