WMBD is my Hero.

Massive gratitude to WMBD News of Peoria, Illinois!!! Within a matter of hours of our outreach to them, they pledged support, and will air our 30 second TV spot on Pandemic-EBT (P-EBT) starting August 25th!!! Not only did they pledge support, but they reached out to sister stations!! So far Local 4 News of the Quad Cities has pledged support too! I will update this post if other stations are able to jump in.

None of this would be possible without the families who made our original PSA, the willingness of WMBD to serve everyone in their community, and a very special person who spent her career developing relationships in her community that bear the fruit of goodness! Your message moved networks into action!!

There is so much light in this world, in the face of so much distress... Hope is real.
